Blue Springs is a few hundred people on the Big Blue River, and every town like it runs on a handful of places — the school, the church, and the spot where everyone eats. Papa B's is that spot. A grill working from lunch through supper, a keno board that draws half the county on a good night, and a room where your name gets remembered the second time you walk in.
We keep it simple: food made when you order it, service that means it, and games that give the night a little edge. Whether you're in from Wymore, down from Beatrice, or you've lived on this street your whole life — pull up a chair.
